Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.

Change of mind returns are refunded as store credit. Store credit never expires and can be used on anything on our site.

Exchanges: we're happy to swap sizes where we have stock. You cover return postage; we cover sending the new size out to you.

Faulty or incorrect items: if something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with photos and we'll make it right with a full refund or a replacement — whichever you'd prefer. We cover postage both ways. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
